From time to time, I will be talking about this little creature.
It was nothing short of a miracle how we got him. The short of it is that he was a rescue. His mom and her sister was discarded when they turned up pregnant, and were going to be "put down" if someone did not claim them. A sweet lady took them both in and suddenly had on her hands something like 9
Jack Russell Terriers. She nursed them all back to health and put the call out for adoption.
We were at that time actively searching for a dog and we were very specific with what we wanted. It had to be small as a full grown dog, terrier "type", low maintenance, and just down right cute.
While we got what we wanted, we, within a few months of adopting this little cutie, started learning some hard lessons on what it is like to own a Jack Russell.

That was Shilo just about 1 year ago.
